Registration

Certain areas of our website are available to you only if you register with us a Jolly Dollies member. To register you need to provide a verifiable email address, choose a password, pay your annual Direct Debit or recurring membership fee which will be automatically taken from your Bank account or Paypal account (the annual Direct Debit or recurring membership fee, once paid, will not be refundable). Complete the required fields on the ‘BECOME A MEMBER’ page and read and accept these Terms and Conditions. Once you have done this we will send you a confirmation e.mail that your  Jolly Dollies membership application was successful.

Password and Personal Data

When you login to our website as a JD member you will be asked to enter your e.mail address and password, you must keep your password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You must not share any JD members personal data with outside organisations or any person or persons who are not members of The Jolly Dollies Social Network for Widows without their consent. You will be deemed responsible for all the activities that occur under your email address and password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password or personal details you should notify us immediately at contact@thejollydollies.com 

Changes to terms and Conditions

The Jolly Dollies Social Network for Widows may make changes to the terms of this agreement on this site. You agree to periodically review this agreement to be aware of such revisions. Should any revision be unacceptable to you, you agree to stop accessing this site and cease to be a member of The Jolly Dollies Social Network for Widows.

Refunds Policy

Our commitment to supporting the JD community is funded by your annual subscription as this enables us to deliver all aspects of our service including the website, administration, welcome packs as well as the usual costs of running any organisation.

On occasion members request a refund.  Whilst we fully appreciate that choice we need to ensure that we are fair to everyone in ensuring the services that we deliver can continue and every new member has a cost to process and maintain.

Any request received within 28 days of joining will be refunded if requested in writing and with the return of the welcome pack.

Any request received after 28 days will not be processed but we will remove you from the community as soon as it is confirmed that your susbscription has been cancelled by yourself.
